Our workshops provide a space to reflect on habits of communication, address open or latent conflicts, and practice new ways of interacting with one another.
- Promote conflict and communication skills as well as tolerance and respect within the group so that a pleasant class or working atmosphere can develop in the long term.
- Encourage group members to express their needs and recognize the needs of others, to tolerate conflicts and address them constructively, and to establish common rules.
- Identify needs and rules for future cooperation.
- We focus on the personal responsibility of the participants and work together to develop possible courses of action and solutions.
- The strategies are based on individual needs and possibilities, not on generalized dos and don’ts.
- Our work is action- and experience-oriented. Participants are given space to try out, reflect on, and improve strategies.
