In our workshops on learning organization, we discuss the prerequisites and structures of learning and try out specific techniques.
- Reflect on individual learning organization, become aware of attitudes toward learning and their effects.
- Learn new techniques and try them out in practice.
- Practice learning time management.
- Take individual responsibility for one’s own learning process as well as the joint learning process.
- We focus on the personal responsibility of the participants and work together to develop possible courses of action and solutions.
- We work in an action- and experience-oriented manner: we use concrete exercises that raise awareness of a topic or make a problem tangible with an action-oriented approach.
- We provide concise thematic input that imparts useful knowledge about strategies and techniques that:
- can be directly applied in subsequent practical trials and
- can be classified in phases of self-reflection in terms of their suitability for one’s own learning.
