What do you do at Polyspektiv?
I have been working as a project coordinator and facilitator at Polyspektiv since November 2025. In this role, I lead role-playing games and give presentations as part of our collaboration with “Erlebnis Europa.” I also support the team with other projects and public relations work.
How did you come to work at Polyspektiv?
Through my previous work at the Franco-German Youth Office, where I discovered polyspektiv’s work thanks to colleagues at the time. The diverse and exciting projects convinced and motivated me to apply to Polyspektiv.
What do you enjoy most about Polyspektiv?
I most appreciate the contact with young people and the enthusiasm one experiences in this context. I find working on such varied projects—which keep my daily work routine interesting—particularly motivating. I also really enjoy working in a small team with a flat hierarchy.
Why are you involved in civic education?
I have always been interested in civic education, especially in connection with my passion for youth work and intercultural exchange. As a political scientist, I also really enjoy making complex topics easy to understand. I am firmly convinced that civic education plays a crucial role in these challenging times by fostering dialogue and giving young people the opportunity to actively participate in society and political processes.
And what do you do when you aren’t working for Polyspektiv?
In my free time, I enjoy cycling and hiking across Europe, pursuing photography, and doing volunteer work in Berlin.
