The playful and artistic tasks and exercises are designed to promote both individual strengths and the dynamics within the group. Participants are given the opportunity to contribute and develop their own skills. At the same time, the group’s sense of togetherness is strengthened and shared experiences are created. No previous sporting or artistic experience is necessary. Specific topics can be covered on request.
