The ProCredit Academy conducted in its Eastern European branch in Skopje a simulation of UN climate negotiations for the bank managers currently being trained for the future careers. The aim of this approach was to give these business men and women an idea of the global interrelations they are operating in as a micro-credit bank. In addition, they were supposed to gain a better understanding of the special logics of politics vice versa those of business. And finally, this 3-day simulation involving about 50 people for 3 days was meant to be a challenging group experience and a demanding team challenge.
polyspektiv has developed “Welcome to Accra” and coached the staff of the ProCredit Academy in realising it.
